Schedule this for your first full appointment. Intakes are 90-120 minutes. We'll book a 120 minute session, but may end earlier.
During this appointment, we'll talk about your goals, current concerns, health history, and what types of support you want.
After this appointment, I will send you a summary of any strategies we discussed, herbal formulas (to be purchased separately), and further resources, as appropriate. I will recommend a time frame for a follow up appointment as well. With any booking, you also get access to support via message or phone call with any questions or issues that arise.
Follow up appointments occur after your intake, anywhere from 2 weeks to a few months after your initial appointment (I will suggest a time frame after your intake). Follow ups usually take 30-60 minutes, but the booking will be for 1 hour.
During this appointment, we will check in about the recommendations, how they are going, and adjust anything as needed. We can also talk about any new concerns that have come up.
If you have questions about how appointments work, what happens during an appointment, and my qualifications, please visit the about page (questions are at the bottom).

There are reparations and equity spots available for people who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, or have limited work options due to their incarceration history, immigration status, etc. If you are in one of these demographics or other marginalized identities, please contact me to access these spots, for which the sliding scale can go down to $0. I am also open to trades and can offer payment plans upon request. The full price on the sliding scale is the actual cost of services. The cost of appointments accounts not only for the time of the appointment itself, but also time spent preparing for the appointment in advance, researching, formulating, and writing up recommendations after appointments, and providing support between appointments.
Sliding Scale
I encourage you to utilize the sliding scale as needed, using the provided discount codes. The concept of the sliding scale is that people with access to more resources pay higher on the scale, which provides me the financial cushion to offer the lower end of the sliding scale.
Because we so rarely have honest conversations about class and money in the United States, many people find it hard to decide where they land in the scale. To help place yourself in this range, consider the following factors:
You may want to pay less on the scale if you:
Are supporting children or other dependents
Have significant debt
Have immigration-related expenses
Are descended from enslaved or Native peoples
Live on a fixed income, such as disability or social security
Have been denied work because of an incarceration history
Receive public assistance
Incur more expenses from having less – i.e. you have to pay interest on credit card debt monthly, pay a higher rate for public transportation because you can’t afford a discounted pass, get charged fees by your bank for having less money in the account, etc.
Consider paying more on the scale if you:
Have inherited wealth or access to a financial safety net through family
Have expendable income that allows you to regularly buy food at restaurants, go to concerts or movies, buy new clothes or hobby items, etc.
Travel recreationally
Have no debt
Invest in stocks, properties, or cryptocurrency
Work part time by choice
Have a relatively high degree of earning power (even if you’re not currently exercising it) due to your race, gender, class, ability, or education level
